These things are extremely easy to reconfigure, and no cabinetry is not very expensive. Even utilising just standard residential ovens, they come in 600, 750, and 900 widths, and a variety of heights. There are plenty of commercial electric ovens available, I assure you.

- northwest65 7y agoSimply not true; the average oven installed these days costs more than all the cabinetry combined... cabinetry is cheap and easy to reconfigure. The first result in Google for 'ovens US' even has it in their blurb... >...find single and double ovens, gas and electric ovens, 24", 27" and 30" ovens, speedcook and convection ovens... So yes, it does apply, even in the US of A.
