- aralib 16y agoWell, it's not quite "fractional". I think we'd call it a decimal approximation. Pi is irrational (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof_that_%CF%80_is_irrational http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof_that_%CF%80_is_irrational).
