But how do you find large enough area to plant 100,000 trees?
- paulgerhardt 7y agoIceland, Canada, and China all have programs to plant trees on public land. The Canadian approach however is tree farming. Workers plant 75k trees each per summer and make about $60k in three months. The trees are later cut down and made into lumber. This is actually more ideal than letting the trees age-out provided the lumber isn’t later burnt.
