Tensorflow kinda reminds me of OpenGL in that its dependence on global flags causes some really annoying bugs, especially when you're using third-party libraries or pre-trained models. `enable_eager_execution`, `enable_tensor_equality`, and `enable_v2_tensorshape` have all completely broken my code at one point or another.
