Brett victors talk innovating on principal(https://vimeo.com/36579366 https://vimeo.com/36579366) and more so actually Greg Wilsons talk from the same conf (https://vimeo.com/9270320 https://vimeo.com/9270320) marked a pivotal moment for me in my work ethic. It really motivated me to expect better from the tools i use around every day.
