Are you guys getting less views/likes than before on social media (in general)?

It seems that I'm getting fewer views and likes now on all of my social media accounts. I am a musician, so I need to promote my newly completed work on these outlets regularly, it's not accounts for vanity... I have also spent years generating quality content on them as well as creating connections that now probably never see my content. I have followers in the hundreds on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, but it seems like lately I've been only getting 10 views or less each time I post (about once a day). Also no matter how many notices I see about people following me, my overall follower numbers never go up beyond the number of max people I've followed on Instagram and Twitter. It just seems like I've got to put in a lot of work to establish a presence on these social media sites for little outreach, and now that they're charging for advanced promotion, the value of free accounts is nonexistent. I have been using hash tags suited to my content to no success as well on posts, and they don't even work like they used to now. This has been going on for the past 2 months for me. Anyone else experiencing the same issues? Is there some kind of algorithm in control?
