  why not? it's fun. I'm not sure I would actually want to live with it on a daily driver, but it'd be great on a weekend car. I'm mainly using it as an example of a behavior that's mildly antisocial but not bad enough to trigger serious enough guilt/embarrassment to stop people from doing it if they couldn't be punished.
