Land owners want to build higher density, increasing supply, lowering price. The government prevents high density, decreasing supply, increasing price.
- scythe 7y agoOnly some land owners. Other land owners join organizations like the National Association of Realtors (the second-largest U.S. lobbying spender only after the Chamber of Commerce itself) and try to influence the government to prevent high-density development.
