Tech based businesses didn't have half as much money/sway back then as they did now, so from a budgetary perspective i think it made sense at the time. Short sighted, but makes sense. My concern, is the massive amounts of failed promises Warren has made in efforts to shut down things like Robocalls, and for her to be auditioning for her next job before she's completed her current one bothers me.
