Ask HN: Appropriate Markup for Outcoursing

As a college student, I've gone to the point where I'm spending more and more of my time being like a consultant / manager. In order to make sure stuff gets done, I have had to outsource most of the actual implementation offshore (mostly SEO and web dev work). I don't feel comfortable billing as if I was doing the work and asking them to send in hours. So what markup % is appropriate? Is there another cost structure I should look at? How do I log my own time that I spend on communication?
