  Where is the scale bar? If the page is not printed in the right dimensions or displayed 1:1 on a screen, the figure is wrong.

    The white horizontal edge bottom of the page is 8.5", and the white vertical edge of the page is 11".

        pdfs literally include their actual size in metadata in the document itself. Most printers will complain at least a little bit if you try to print it on the wrong size paper. This paper is : 215.9 × 279.4 mm (Letter, portrait)
