They are trying to reconstruct tasty food (who would have thought?) in what they perceive to be a healthy way (which it might be, you've just assumed "paleo brownies" are unhealthy without any supporting argument).
- wpietri 7y agoNo, there are plenty of paleo recipes that are tasty. They're trying to reconstruct junk food. And you've only assumed that I've assumed they're unhealthy. But don't take my word for it; if you'd like supporting arguments, I'd suggest you read paleo devotees who criticize the practice. E.g., the Whole 30 folks: https://whole30.com/sex-with-your-pants-on/ https://whole30.com/sex-with-your-pants-on/
- balfirevic 7y agoThat article argues that paleo reconstructions of junk food are not tasty and therefore not worth it, not that they are unhealthy. So will you now change your mind, since the article yourself provided doesn't even support what you claimed?
- wpietri 7y agoIf that's really what you got out of that, I'm afraid I can't help you.
