I work at a tech firm. We use these tools fairly regularly. Often, someone will ask a question the other person doesn't know the answer and will turn around and ask their phone. Works pretty good much of the time. I'm still not sure how useful the frames will be, but I can see a few uses for them, especially on my daily commute.
