Did this the other day on a trip to the city. Was thinking these exact same thoughts, "how often do I look at the photos anyways?"! Traveling without a phone removes a ton of decision points too. "Should I take a photo of this?", "Should I look up this fact?". It is really nice. I will say it is nice if someone else has a phone though, in case you really need one for a phone call, to meetup with someone in your group, or GPS. Bittersweet for sure!
