Uber/Lyft are the worst for this. Drivers are staring at their (mounted) phone screen trying to find their passenger, ducking in and out of the bike lane or shoulder, completely oblivious to pedestrians and bikers. It's gotten to the point where I actively avoid any car that has an Uber sticker or Lyft light.
