As for recruiting, that is its own unique challenge. If you don’t have a presence in the Country you generally wind up having to use agencies to target people which again adds cost and can be hit or miss. You could also try and find a ready made team, small 2-5 people agencies sometimes are a good hire. When you find people organically it is always better but that is hard until you have a presence.
