That sounds like a year or two where that person isn't battering ER personnel. Sounds like the problem was at least put on hold for a while to me.

- AstralStorm 7y agoInstead they person is battering inmates or police and getting punished for it, while potentially being recruited to criminal activity instead of being treated. Truly a good solution. /s
