This is such a cool app, whoever built it, how did you map the trajectory on Google Street View with animation?
- modeless 7y agoThanks! I'm using the same library that displays the 3D globe view, CesiumJS. I feed it the camera parameters from the Street View API and from that it can calculate the coordinates of the satellite on screen. I take those coordinates and use the 2D canvas API to draw the satellite dot and label. The 2D canvas is overlaid on top of Street View with some basic CSS.
