- arcticbull 7y agoIn fairness you have this backwards. "This is a Verizon policy brought on by the FCC" -- this is an FCC policy brought on by Verizon's lobbying. Until earlier this year it was not permissible for them to do this as a result of the terms of their purchase of licenses for the 700MHz LTE block in 2008.
