Labor law in the United States is so obviously broken, I'm sort of amazed that it isn't talked about more. Even beyond unionization, the fact that I had to waive my right to sue my employer for gender or racial discrimination in the courts (in favor of a private arbitrator they hire) as a condition of getting the job is just bullshit.
