This is just another take on EAV (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entity%E2%80%93attribute%E2%80%93value_model https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entity%E2%80%93attribute%E2%80...). I'm unsure if it's better than the typical way of modeling EAV though, I'd have to think it through.
