You've only succeeded if that tree eventually gets sucked into the earth and turned back into oil eventually. If it gets cut down for fuel you've done nothing.

- Robotbeat 7y agoThe tree merely existing helps, although imperfect. There’s only so much room to plant trees, though. It’s effectively a limited carbon sink.
