I wonder if this isn't happening, at a much lower volume, to the population at large. I have a single device connected to Twitter, the ipad on my nightstand. I don't know how my personal feed developed, but Twitter is nothing but a violent diarrhea of hate and I frequently pick it up, look at the first page, and move on to something else. It's nowhere near the same thing as watching ISIS videos constantly, but I wonder if we're poisoning ourselves with an unending stream of hate?
