Ask HN: How much environment affect your work?

Hi HNers, How much the environment affect your work? I feel exhausted at 5:00PM after coming back home from work. But if I stay in office I have no issues. I could not able to figure out what might be the reason. My eyes get drainy and watery after coming home and I can not work on my projects. But if I stay @ office I feel normal. What can I do and do you face these kind of issue.
