- Pete-Codes 7y agoExactly.
- codingdave 7y agoYou are only charged that if a recruiter delivers. $99 for a posting on a brand new job board, for which we have no idea if it will ever gain traction, is expensive. Not because the price is wrong, but because we have no idea if this board will be there next month, or next week. If they had metrics proving out the number of devs who look at the board, and the number hired through the board, that would be a reasonable price. But as far as I know, this board could have been set up last night, with jobs scraped from other sites. I can't spend $99 on every job board that exists. I need to choose the right boards.
