1. I have lots of tabs open. I don't want to wait for them to be reloaded. 2. Because of modern web design trends like infinite scrolling and overuse of javascript, reloading a page inevitably resets the content in it. 3. I also use tools like PgAdmin with web interface, which gets completely reset when the browser is restarted. 4. Restarting and installing a new Firefox version takes way longer than 5 seconds. 5. There's no reason for me to restart if there's no new version to update.
