Does that decision apply to China too? I don’t see any wikileaks from China. What makes Russia special?
Perhaps these countries just aren’t that interesting to mostly English language WL?
- mhh__ 7y agoThey didn't publish a group of documents embarassing to Russia, when given to then. Then there is also the source of their 2016 leaks, as documented the Special Counsel report
