I used to manually back things up on premise but then it became just too painful and without proper raid I never knew quite when my number would come up. With BB I never worry about. Hopefully I won't ever have to use their retreival service. So far so good.

I have had to use their retrieval process.... and it has been SUPER easy. Just selected the drive that failed, they sent me the new one..... copied the data off, sent it back..... no cost to me! I have had to do it twice so far (my system has 6 drives in it... all included in the standard plan!) Been super happy with the service.
