I'm fairly sure the content FB mods have to sift through makes those subreddits seem like a walk in the park. Even I have seen some horrible things back in the earlier days of the internet that makes those look tame. There is no upper bound in repulsiveness for the things FB mods watch. At least with Reddit there's the sitewide rules.
