I think its nowadays quite easy to get into but hard to master everything. I believe especially web development is a lot of trial and error. There are just too many tools and programs to work with. You should probably start with one language (maybe PHP or Javascript) and see if it solves your issue. For web development you will definitely need some CSS and HTML skills to get it started, but IMO that is probably the easier part. Good luck!
