I have experience with all kinds of antidepressants, targeting serotonin, dopamin and norepinephrine. The norepinephrine one isn't directly changing my mood, or reducing my fears, but it's definetly increasing my drive, in a kind waking me up. Perhaps my depression isn't "typical", because it seems mostly originating from an affection of the pituitary.
