Do I need citizenship in the USA if I want to trade on this stock?
- sobani 7y agoNo. I live in the Netherlands and most brokers here allow you to invest/trade in US companies. I'm sure this also goes for a lot of other countries.
- dagw 7y agoNo, but if you want to invest prior to the IPO you have to get what's called Accredited Investor Status by the SEC. Once the stock has gone IPO anybody can trade.
- richardknop 7y agoNope, anybody from developed world (UK, Europe, Japan etc) can buy or sell US stocks. You just need a proper broker, something like Interactive Brokers, IG etc
