I agree with this sentiment entirely, and I do think it’s our responsibility as software engineers to make accessible interfaces (if you work in a field where that is a concern). I don’t necessarily have a problem with mgmt and what they require, I love my company, I was just trying to highlight my experiences and add to the discussion
