HP really lost their way. Now it's all about selling ink and perhaps user data. As a side note, I'm always surprised by how bad printer software still is(even on device). I'd be more than happy to support a startup in this space. HP, Canon etc frustrate customers by their aggressive actions to sell ink eg software updates that made it almost impossible to refill ink
