A guess -- as an employer, if it's just a random pile of resumes without any screening, I can't be bothered to engage. I can have that any time I like by posting basically any public job ad.
- BorisBorisov91 7y agoIndeed, especially if you publish a remote job opening, you get a ton of resumes. With RemoteMore, you can search in pre-screened list of candidates, and you can see their videos, to not waste anyone's time.
