Why medical tourism not a big thing ? All incidents mention could be cure in India at nice competent hospitals at fraction of this bill including air travel. What is the biggest problem in this space ?
- Pfhreak 7y agoTrust. People here are conditioned to not trust socialized medicine or medicine from less wealthy countries.

- leesec 7y agoYeah I would imagine because most trips to the hospital aren't planned. I'm not flying to India or anywhere if I have a fever/flu and just need to get looked at. I would definitely fly somewhere for a planned surgery.
