  :( sorry - it sucks We had insurance so we didn’t pay that crazy amount but it’s just absurd what these places charge.

    I was assuming that. Even still, 148k bill, and an unimaginable situation is still a shocker. I am willing to fight, even though my out of pocket is also very small.
