How have you stressed or tested your welds?

  Yes. All of them are in active use and subjected to hundreds or thousands of pounds of force. Considering my lack of experience I suspect over time I'll find at least one weak joint. That said it's really not hard to tell if you get penetration, especially if you grind them.
