Not if you want to limit your eating window, which is a great way to make your body burn its fat reserves.
- Touche 7y agoIf you have the willpower to ignore your body telling you its hungry, then yeah fasting will work for you. Most people can do this for only a little while though, and then revert to what they used to do.
- papito 7y agoDiets fail because people view them as "temporary struggles". Something to get through and then it's over. It's obvious why that doesn't work. It has to be a way of life.
- Touche 7y agoAll I'm saying is fasting doesn't work if you make up the calories during non fasting hours.

- JMTQp8lwXL 7y agoIf you skip breakfast 16-8 is easy to achieve. Lunch at noon, and dinner anytime before 8pm.
