Another neophobe "analog is better" opinion. They're wrong. Vinyl is back because it's hipster and other reasons, and it's in absolutely no way better. In order for analog to be better either: 1) The (analog) filters on the hearing aids are bad. Not unique to digital. 2) You can hear more than 22KHz. I doubt it, mate. No offense but you're not young anymore, so very unlikely among an already rare population. 3) Math is wrong. Fourier analysis shows that digital doesn't "approximate" the frequencies of analog. It completely contains the exact same information.
