Ok, I gotta say: none of the shaders or scanlines I've tried before ever came close to what I'm seeing in those videos; to the point I'd think "uh looks nice but that's not how I remember from the 90s".
Now that crt royale... Color me impressed! Gonna try it as soon as I get access to a PC.
- DCKing 7y agoI've heard people say for CRT Royale to be truly effective you need to use it on a 4K TV. It apparently needs the additional resolution to truly shine. Having said that, it already looks really impressive to me on a 1080p TV.
