Ask HN: You load 16 tonnes and what do you get?

Ok so the title is a bit click baity I admit, but I recently wanted to hear 5Khz tone, so I asked my echo if it could play tones: "Alexa can you play tones?" and I got that song. So im asking if someone out there in the HN community with more know how than I, could please make a skill that will play a tone of a given frequency. Eg "Alexa play a 12Khz tone" thanks.
