As an American expat that has been living in Paris for the last 7 years, France could really use some AC upgrades. I couldn't survive the summers without mine.
- joshuaheard 7y agoWhen I lived there, I was surprised nearly none of the buildings had AC. I guess because the buildings are so old, and it is only very hot for a short time every year when most people are away on vacation, and, because it's France.
