- markus_zhang 7y agoNot a pride, but a necessity to compete in this society if you want to do interesting work and if you messed up earlier in life.
- mkane848 7y agonot even messed up,some just don't have the same means of entry or the opportunity
- markus_zhang 7y agoYeah exactly...and taking time away from sleep is the only way because it's the only big chunk of time available.
- snikeris 7y agoI disagree. A well-rested mind is almost categorically different than a 5-hour-a-night mind. It doesn't matter how hard you work if you're unable to have the insight that the thing you're working on doesn't matter or you need to make some other strategic change.
