What are some of the reasons you hate Jira? I use it all day every day and I don't really have many complaints for it, I find it to be quite a nice tool actually.
- rpedela 7y agoThe cloud version is extremely slow. It is buggy. Prior to the recent UI update, it was unintuitive. The new UI is better but still not great. Ironically, their UI update makes Jira more like Clubhouse.
- fletchowns 7y agoI see. We host our own instance of it in AWS and performance has been quite good, it took some tuning to get it right though. I've found the UI to be fairly intuitive, other than some minor things like converting a ticket to another type is under the Move action. To me the new UI shares many similarities with the old one and I don't really have any complaints about either of them.
