  LMFAO this guy didn't go to college because he didn't work hard enough and now he's butthurt. College is not a scam. Are any of the engineering disciplines a scam? Is philosophy, art or english a scam?

  Who is lending you $100k-$200k to buy real estate as an 18 year old? Nobody unless you're rich already.

    Many middle-class parents spend $100k putting their child through college (tuition + rent). Instead, they could use that money for a down payment on a rental. Their kid then learns to code (or whatever) for free while having a place to live and cash flow from an asset.
