What do you mean “society” benefits from people having secure jobs? The people with the jobs are the only ones that benefit.
But that’s only as long as companies have customers.
- sfifs 7y agoEconomic growth usually depends on (1) increase in consumption (2) increase in investment in long term assets (housing, markets) which lowers cost of borrowing for new businesses. Both happen more when people have somewhat secure earnings.
