- kinghajj 7y agoNot necessarily, it could be moving coins to a different wallet of the same owner. Edit: also, that assumes that, even if this is an exchange between owners, neither party has/will report it to the relevant tax authorities.
- knolax 7y agoYou're assuming that the parties involved are in a jurisdiction with gift tax.
