I usually like asking what their staff turnover is like.
It was very telling many years ago when I was told "very low, almost non-existent" and then promptly learned from my new colleagues that it was extremely high....
- muttled 7y agoI wonder if you could ask something like "Do you have going away parties for departing employees?" Can be very telling.
