Why not? Just go from 2 packs a day to 1.9, to 1.8 etc..
- PeterisP 7y agoIt's easy to say but hard to do. Every smoker and ex-smoker I know has tried to quit multiple times, so there's a bunch of experience there. Their consensus (I don't smoke, so no firs-thand experience) seems to be that going from 2 packs a day to 0 (or a "party mode" where it's 0 most days but a pack during a festival or something) is actually easier than going from 2 packs to 1. Habits and addiction work in ways that aren't entirely intuitive.

In the end, by doing this, you're suffering continuous withdrawal while worsening your psychological addiction.
